About Restart Capital
Restart Capital aims to support economically viable companies with cash-flow difficulties or an excessive volume of debts to credit institutions and/or other creditors, and can present various strategies for restructuring and/or refinancing them.
Investment can take the form of acquiring the same debts or other enabling operations that best suit the needs of the business.
The company specializes in corporate restructuring and revitalization, with experience in M&A and financial structuring.
We are part of the Arrow Global Group, which in Portugal owns Whitestar, Norfin and other companies. In this way, we can count on the diversified know-how, experience and knowledge existing in other geographies of the Group to offer a complete service to our clients.
Arrow Global Group
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in the United Kingdom, it is a leading European vertically integrated alternative asset management company, specialized in credit and real estate.
It identifies, acquires and manages secured and unsecured loan portfolios, as well as real estate assets essentially from banks and financial institutions. The Arrow Global Group’s business is regulated in several of the five European countries where it is present, and currently it has €70 billion under management and around 2,000 employees.
Since 2020, the Group’s asset acquisitions have been carried out through an Investment Funds area, which has been dedicated to investing not only in Credit and Real Estate, but also in Hospitality and Tourism.
